Giltrap Engineering

You told us you needed a tip trailer with a high tipping angle and high ground clearance for easy unloading. You wanted a trailer with a low centre of gravity for stability. You needed a versatile trailer guaranteed to lift to capacity, so we’ve done all that and more.

Giltrap have been manufacturing agricultural trailers since 1959 to become the largest selling trailer in New Zealand, and they are found throughout Australia, Southeast Asia, the South Pacific, South America and South Africa. We design and build a wide range of trailers from a 3 tonne flat deck multi-purpose model up to specialised 14 tonne capacity earthmoving trailers. Claas

CLAAS is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of agricultural equipment. Established in 1913, this family-owned German company now employs over 11,000 people globally. The CLAAS Harvest Centre network has proudly represented CLAAS in New Zealand since 1998 and Australia since 2001.

August Claas established his engineering works in 1913 to manufacture straw balers. His development of an improved knotter in 1921 provided the cornerstone of the company’s growth and success. CLAAS has since lodged more than 3000 patents for innovation in agricultural engineering and technology. CLAAS is Europe’s market leader in combine harvesters, self-propelled forage harvesters, balers and greenline equipment. Established in 1913, this privately owned family company is based in Harsewinkel, Germany, and operates production, sales and service sites around the world and employs over 11,000 people globally.

Kuhn

Duncan AG

Duncan Ag is a family owned business with a long history of innovation and quality going back over three Clough family generations.

DOur story started as WR Clough and Sons Ltd, founded by Manawatu blacksmith Bill Clough and his rugged swamp ploughs in 1937, and we have continued making tough, indispensable farm machinery ever since. Duncan Ag produces equipment that is now sold world wide and remains proudly made in New Zealand.
